Eyeballing, smelling, tasting and frequent stirring are essential to this Italian recipe.
2 large cans Hunt's tomato sauce
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp olive oil
Garlic: 2 shakes salt or powder. If fresh, mince fine. Too much ruins the sauce.
1 tbsp oregano
1/2 tbsp cilantro
1/2 tbsp basil (optional)
5 shakes of salt, 5 shakes of pepper
1/4 cup chopped parsley
Combine all. Mix well. Cook on low heat a few hours. Don't forget to stir. Spoon over rigatoni. Don't forget to pray.
