| William Voelker, involved in self-publishing since 2012, has written both fiction and non-fiction since the late 1980s. His primary publishing work has been done through 100 Ton Press. Other work includes the layout and design of books for writers both locally and out-of-state. He has served as pastor of Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Marshall since 2012, and is a graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College, the University of Kansas, and Concordia Seminary, St. Louis.
